This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") applies to products and services purchased through our platform between Gematri Software Company ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer"). By accepting this Agreement, the following terms and conditions apply.

The product/service fee may be paid by the Buyer via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods. All payment transactions are carried out through the relevant banks and payment systems.

4. Delivery Terms

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via the Seller's logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order date and time and the Buyer's location.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The Seller commits to protecting the Buyer's personal data. This information will be used only for legal obligations and fulfillment of the agreement and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Effective Date and Changes

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms. Changes will be announced on the website and take effect from the date of publication. The Buyer is deemed to have accepted these changes.

8. Dispute Resolution

In resolving disputes arising from this agreement, the Seller's commercial records, electronic records, and bookkeeping records will be considered primary evidence. Turkish law shall apply, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be competent.

9. Consent and Acceptance

The Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. By approving the terms electronically, the Buyer agrees to purchase services and products under these conditions.
